In today’s toxic and Trump-infested political and social climate, it’s always refreshing to see people dedicate their lives to making this world a better place — especially for African children and women.

On January 26, Uniform +1 is dropping a monthly box subscription of the latest fashion from major brands in partnership with ASAP Ferg.

According to their website, “UNIFORM +1 is the only fashion styling service that works with celebrity curators and personal stylists to build you a wardrobe that’s epically luxury and authentically street. Each month we deliver a hand-curated package to you filled with pieces from our limited- run capsule collections and hand-selected pieces from other taste- making brands.”

Child Liberty, the CEO and founder of Uniform +1, is using social entrepreneurship to fulfill a need for fashion/sneaker heads and to solve a world problem — limited access to education and poverty in Africa. Liberty’s socially conscious brand is triumvirate. (1) It makes it effortless for you to get the latest streetwear, (2) it provides uniforms for children in Liberia, and (3) provides jobs to the women who make the uniforms.

ASAP Ferg joined Uniform +1 after visiting the factory in Liberia and seeing the work for himself.

“It’s bigger than fashion….They’re not even creating fashion. They’re creating apparel for people to go to school,” ASAP Ferg told Complex. For $69 a month, subscribers will not only fund their latest fits, they will also be funding a uniform for an underprivileged youth in Liberia.

The first box of the year drops on January 26. Visit https://uniformplusone.com/ for more information.
